Bria Bromell Holeman, is a Connecticut Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Massachusetts Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), PMH-C Candidate, and a specialist in supporting women through the complexities of mental health, with a particular focus on trauma recovery, women's issues, postpartum depression and motherhood-related challenges. She is also the host of the podcast Harmony Hour for Black Girls, an empowering extension of her therapy practice that explores the impact of societal challenges and provides insights to help listeners reclaim their lives.

Her clientele includes new mothers navigating the emotional and psychological demands of early parenthood, as well as women seeking overall mental health support with a trauma background. Her therapeutic approach integrates a variety of evidence-based techniques; Psychoeducation to understand the effects of trauma, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Breathwork exercises that can help regulate the nervous system, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Bria Bromell-Holeman holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Trinity Washington University, Washington, D.C.) and a Masters in Social Work (University of Saint Joseph, West Hartford, CT). Bria is Perinatal Mental Health Trained by Postpartum Support International, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her practice. Her background includes extensive training in perinatal mental health and a strong commitment to continuing education in the field. This professional foundation enables her to offer high-quality, informed care to her clients, addressing their unique needs with both skill and empathy.
